Ideas + AI Agents: The Winning Formula ! BabyAGI and AutoGPTs...
GetInference AI for Marketing newsletter
Hey there pioneers ! The future belongs to those with the best ideas, and AI is proving that true! I spent my weekend tinkering with Langchain and Pinecone to build an AI agent that can scrape YouTube comments, translate text, analyze sentiment, store transcripts, and even build personas of the audience.
It's like having an army of super-smart community managers running your YouTube channel 24/7! And get this: the agent can do a semantic search across all transcripts to find related information! When it replies to comments, it's accurate and even matches the user's style (like using "Ciao" and "Grazie" for an Italian user).
All this in just 415 lines of code!
As the FastCompany article in Spotlight notes, "If you could have two ChatGPTs talk to each other, they could talk forever given the right guidance." My own experience with GPT4 confirmed this, as it recommended using the YouTube Persona generator plugin I built a few weeks ago to analyze the audience that would be used by the YouTube Agent!
But let's not forget the concerns that AI like BabyAGI could be used for harm. VC and All In podcast host Chamath Palihapitiya is calling for immediate government regulations, but I believe clearer laws around individual responsibility for damage caused by AI tools would be a better path forward.
In any case, it's time to start learning about this Agent technology!
The future of marketing lies in the hands of those who dare to think outside the box and integrate AI agents to drive success. In a world where creativity and technology work hand-in-hand, the most innovative ideas and the most advanced AI agents will shape the marketing landscape of tomorrow.
By combining your brightest ideas with the power of AI, you can revolutionize your marketing strategy and stay ahead of the competition. Don't just follow the trends - set them, and watch as your AI-enhanced ideas captivate audiences and drive results like never before.
That's why I created the AI Agents LinkedIn group for deep-diving on the subject. Join us here: (Link). Plus, this newsletter will start to focus more on Agents in a dedicated section called...Agents! If the topic becomes too important, I may even create a second newsletter.

SPOTLIGHT
π BabyAGI: How βautonomous agentsβ are bringing generative AI to the masses. The seminal autonomous agent BabyAGI was created by Yohei Nakajima, a VC and habitual coder and experimenter. He describes BabyAGI as an βautonomous AI agent that contains an AI task manager.β Auto-GPT appears to have even more autonomy. Developed by Toran Bruce Richards,
π Auto-GPT is described on GitHub as a GPT-4-powered agent that can search the internet in structured ways. It can create subtasks and launch new agents to complete them. It uses GPT-4 to write its own code, then can βrecursively debug, develop and self-improveβ the code. Autonomous agents, at this early stage, are mainly experimental. And they have some serious limitations that prevent them from getting what they want from large language models. (Link)
